My biggest bbq test ever is closing in fast! Starting Friday morning at 6am the egg will get cracked for a marathon cook of almost 48 hours! Rolling out 8 boston butts around 60lbs for some pure chewing satisfaction. The invitations are out the people are coming and the pressure is on...big time! Hoping our sons 1st birthday is a memorable one for all the right reasons. Wish me luck![p]call me crazy,
