Have a 3 pound pork loin and am going to do the stuffed pork loin on the Naked Whiz site ... any clue as to approximately how long this thing will need to cook to reach 140?

meinbmw,
not long.
seared one last night, and finished at medium heat, maybe 20 minutes in all.[p]took it to 135, and she coasted to 140

stike,
This is a pork loin roast, not a tenderloin. 3 pounds of piggy.

I cooked a 3 lb non-stuffed pork loin last night, at 350 dome, and it took the better part of 2 hrs to get to 140 (starting with meat at refrigerator temperature). since the family was getting impatient, i boosted the dome to 400 for the last 30 mins or so. it turned out fine--nice and juicy, with some color inside.[p]Ken
