That was so well done.... That guy was very talented, and did a great job. Id buy from that place just seeing that video, and at the same time makes me sad I don't have a butcher like that I've found close enough to lean on.
Having butchered my own sub primals, it was fun to watch. This makes me want to buy that half side of beef this winter and ask for a discount to do it myself!-FATC1TY
