Ten days or so ago, I received a batch of sourdough starter from a friend.[p]He and his wife are now on a cruise and I would like to do some baking.[p]I would truly appreciate a recipe that would give instruction as to how much starter to use and the whole process of baking the bread.[p]I know that is a lot to ask and I will certainly appreciate the help.[p]This is a great group of people.[p]Thank you Kyle

Kyle,[p]Hopefully the link below will get you started. As you can see from the instructions, working with sourdough is like cooking with a BGE, it is a love affair. If the link doesn't work I will post it in a message. AZ

And then there's sourdo.com
Ed Wood's book is great. Note that there's a good recipe and procedure section on the website.
