Hi all,
I’m new to the forum and the wonderful world of the BGE.  Just purchased LBGE in September 2017 so wanted to introduce myself.  Originally from NYC and now living in Los Angeles.
Looking forward to learning and sharing tips and pics

    Welcome aboard.

If you get a chance, make it to an egghead gathering some time.  An eggfest, or butt blast, or brisket camp or all of the above.

Welcome! As are relatively new guy myself I feel comfortable saying that every time you come to this forum ,  u will experience and learn from  folks with superior talents related to cooking on the BGE. I suspect u will find that their cooking talents are only superseded by their incredible sense of humor.
This group makes me laugh every evening..... Would I trust any of them with my daughter??? Hell no.... But for  commarrdie and rolling smoke... There are no better folks.

Welcome aboard and enjoy the journey.  Above all, have fun.
Give the search function here a look regarding "new BGE owners" and you will find more info (most all repetitive) than you can read.
So, as above, just ask away and someone (or more) will give you a response.  The reason I don't use " the response" is because you will quickly learn that with the BGE there are many ways to get to the promised land.  The key is "What works for you."  FWIW-
Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

Welcome to the forum. Being an egger is a contact sport. Cook food, post pics, and engage in conversation. Don't sit on the sidelines and lurk. There are good folks here. Have fun.

Welcome - life just improved for you, even though cooking dinner just became your job.

Jealous that you can Egg 12 months a year. I can only manage 11, January is absolutely non-negotiable. Unless it's over 20º out.

    Indianapolis, IN

BBQ is a celebration of culture in America. It is the closest thing we have to the wines and cheeses of Europe.

Drive a few hundred miles in any direction, and the experience changes dramatically.
