Marinated Purdue legs and wings using Spur Tree Jerk seasoning. Cooked raised direct with Pimento Wood chips at 350-375. This was the best Jerk Chicken that I have cooked in a while.

I've never seen Spur Tree or pimento. Looks fabulous!
