Cooked at 350 direct on a woo ring raised grid. Taking to work today, but one disappeared before getting into the fridge. These are skinless thighs. I marinated 24 hours and hit them with Shakin' the Tree. I was too busy so they marinated with the rub for two more days. Great taste![p]Thanks Tom!
