Nope. Put lump in Egg, set fire to lump, allow time to get even heat. Put on meat and watch it so it won't burn. I like mine medium. [p]Chef Jerry

If you want to experience what the difference is with the BGE, cook the burgers an hour or more at 225F and pour on the smoke. a little bacon across the top; woof.
