grs,here is a good way to grill that I love to use,[p]-split whole live lobster in half lengthwise(1.5 lbs)
-wash throughly under water
-brush with mixture comprised of:
-juice of one lemon
-1 cup white wine
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-quarter cup EVOO[p]-grill @ 550-600 degrees for 5-6mins/side, basting when lookin'
why, yes i do! take the bug and split it down the middle. brush a bit of butter across the meat, sprinkle, garlic powder,paparika,and a few capers. squeeze a little lemon over the top and place in the bge until the meat turn snow white. pull the little baby off, open a bottle of dry white wine and enjoy!!
