Rainbows and Corn

Simple take on rainbow trout, summer corn and garden maters (in the salad). Salt, pepper, lemon thyme and chive. After turning added lemon to preserve the integrity of the fish. Excellent simple cook this evening. No statues were abused or mistreated during this cook.

There are some trout streams up in near Clayton that I've fished. They get stocked all the time. Fun with a spinning reel. You can get into a lot more places with one. Come up one weekend during the fall and we'll go get a hook wet.theyolksonyou said:
