Heard someone talking about a pimento bacon dog and it sounded good. Nailed it with my new slotdog and grilled on the mini. On to some martins potato rolls with pimento cheese, a slice of bacon and some onions then back on the mini indirect. Pulled and added diced pickles and yellow mustard.

It works good with regular dogs those were Hebrew national. I tried it on some boars head dogs last night and it didn't work but I'm pretty sure that's cause the boars head had casings. Not really sure what it adds but it does look cool and it's really easy to use.SGH said: -
