Well, kinda boring but this meal was incredible. N prepared a Vidalia with butter, garlic, seasoned salt and bacon. She also did a baked potato with garden chives. Prime ribeye on the MM finished with roasted garlic and thyme butter. Man was this a meal. Y'all have a great weekend. And never give up on a cook until you get it right

Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...

Funny you say that. I was full on into triathlon. Raced about 40 including Alcatraz. When training for IM it became clear that wouldn't be good for the marriage. Took up BGE and beer. Way easier to meet the goalsRRog17 said:
