Pork Belly - Exchange rub

So since ive been dying to try this strawberries rub from @milesvdustin and a friend is in town so pork belly it is. I think i killed this one. Looks good but wont slice into it till later tonight with my buddies. Smoked on apple wood at 250 till i hit 190 internal and it probed like warm butter. Another buddy is doing pulled pork and we are making what we call our belly butt sammies. Will post slice pics later and a sammy pic as well. Cant wait to try this bad boy. The rub made a beautiful color in my opinion.
