Pork Loin Roast

Unknown
edited November -1 in EggHead Forum
Did my first pork loin today. Used (what else) JJ's rub, then cooked it to 160 internal. Used fire bricks and a drip pan with some water. It had a perfect smoke ring and was done but very juicy. Thanks to all on this forum for making it so easy to do.

bb, the BGE is a very simple tool to use..getting aquainted with it is the only hurdle. Its principle has been in use for 3000 years or more, long before us modern cooking engineers got ahold of it. Amazing how they developed those clay ovens back then. You have a lifetime of fun ahead of you..enjoy!
