Holding time for St Louis ribs?

Options
I'm getting ready to Turbo a rack of spares. After they are done, we're putting Mac & Cheese and Beans on for about 30 minutes.

Will they hold that long?

Wrap in foil?

I would wrap them in foil.
I routinely wrap in foil and place in my oven set on 170 deg. I've kept them for a couple of hours this way and they are still great.

Yes. Add a towel over the foil package. Take a hint from carry-out pits. Pour a bunch of 180F+ sauce over/around the spares, if you like sauced ribs. They will still be pretty hot when the other stuff is ready, and the bark may not be completely softened.
