    I like your posts because your sides always look as good as the main event. I really like the look of those potato skins. The caramelization on the wings is perfect.

    Those wings went 1:15hr raised at 425 then hit with a  sriracha sauce,honey and soy sauce.  Back on the egg to set the sauce.  Very nice flavor.
