Hoisin Sriracha Chicken

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs (4) chicken thighs
3 cloves garlic, minced
1-inch piece ginger, peeled and minced
1 1/2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
1/2 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Pinch of salt
Combine the chicken with the garlic, ginger, hoisin sauce, Sriracha sauce, honey, soy sauce and salt. Stir to combine well and let marinate for 15 minutes.
Cooked at 350 indirect
Nice quick easy weeknight dinner with lots of flavor
The kids have asked me to make this again 3 times in 2 weeks, it's a hit. Enjoy

Did you use skinless-boneless? I am thinking wings and legs as well.Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

@Mickey The hoisin and the Sriracha are pretty thick so I am not sure if they would penetrate further into the meat with a longer marinade time or not.
