Hi all, I'm getting prepared to do my first bacon cheddar potato tart. I've watched all the videos and read all about it but....
I'm going to be smoking 4 racks of St Louis style ribs doing 2/2/1 at 225 degrees and want to do this tart with them. It seems everything I find about the tart is at 350 degrees, has anyone done one at lower temps to give me an idea of how long to cook this thing?

Might be easier to just go buy a second egg

You can turbo the ribs at 350, or up the temp towards the end of the cook then put the tart on while the ribs rest.

That would probably work well too, but it doesn't involve you getting another egg.

Once ribs are done kick the temp up doesn't take too longCorpus Christi, Texas. LBGE x 2, Weber Smoky Joe, and Aussie Walk-About

Well I just gambled on it and it worked out. Put the tart up high and left it for 5 hours with the ribs and it was perfectly cooked inside. Ribs were the best I've made so far, bones were trying to fall out taking them off of the grill.
