New Table Build

I am starting to design a new table build as I plan on adding a second egg  in the coming months and a blackstone griddle.  I have a few questions if you guys can help.  First, what size egg should I get to compliment my large?  we host a lot of cook outs, I am thinking an XL for the larger stuff, brisket shoulder, bacon and ribs and using the large for weeknight cooks and appetizers.  Second, for those of you who have the a 36" blackstone griddle, can you tell me the dimensions of it without the stand?  I need to plan the cutout in my table correctly as the plan is to build a cover that is removable for the griddle so I can be prep space when not in use.  thanks in advance
