been gone from here awhile, glad to be back as this forum has helped me imeasurably with my BGE cooking. Still have my XL and liking to get a smaller one, that mini is calling me but is it too small? Got burgers on at around 400 degrees and just wanted to ask what temp you use, I love to experiment.

Welcome back! Pictures?.......

I do Direct, ½ lb burger, 450°-500°, 3½ - 4 min/side
Burgers will be fully cooked and juicy with an 80/20 mix -
Mini is perfect for 1 or 2 people. Any more and I'd upgrade.

The mini is perfect for an 8" skillet

Uh, it is just the wife and I. I own an XL. It is the perfect size for anything. Even a single hotdog. Yes, I actually lit an XL for a single hotdog.
