I outsourced the manual labor this yr. seems like I would have taken more pics. Guess I was too busy drinking.

I thought they tasted exceptional. Now I understand why.

Yes when your famous you can get away with a lot!
Speaking of @nolaegghead, he left his black gatsby cap in my car after dropping him off at the airport (the hat he's seen wearing in most pictures).  Since he has celebrity status around here, I am debating on auctioning it off. Any starting bidders?  Bid opens at $5.  ;)
Are we bidding on paying you for the hat  or are you paying one of us to take it off your hands.
It was worth a shot. Y'all are right. My profit is maximized if I just mail it back to him. ;)

You'd think you would remember me Jim. I mean you threw my dome off to the ground like a WWE wrestler.
Btw, who has that picture.  I didn't see it on this thread.

Thank goodness NCBB2 was this weekend.  As of now we are getting major rain.  I can't say how much I hated to miss it being only a few miles away, but from reading and seeing the pic's it seems I already know a good many of you guys.  Next year for sure!

We chose to stay in the campground due to the rain just figured we could wait and drive the Motor Home home when it stops raining! Well it's still raining and most likely we will wait another day as forecast is rain all day tomorrow too. There is only one other RV in the campground.

Everyone bugged out early, probably due to the weather.  We we're lucky we got the weather we did on Friday and Sat.  Drove home through rain the whole way.  Worth it.  Great seeing you Jim and Kay.  Thanks for accumulating so much swag.  Looking forward to seeing you next month.

@tarheelmatt @JohnInCarolina @piney, thank you so much for another great day of eating, beverageing, and chit talkin. What a great venue and well executed gathering. Might have been one of the most beautiful days of the decade. @YukonRon thank you for the after party and eats. The sammies were off the chart. @Jupiter Jim ....Kay is the best. @Sea2Ski and @YEMTrey it was a pleasure to finally meet. Wish we had had more time to catch up. To all the rest of you in attendance, great seeing you and thanks for your cooks and gift of gab.

Pattie said to pass along her thanks as well. We really appreciate all of you for your food and investment in Colaboration and friendship. I hope you all return home safely. See ya again next year!

That doesn't give you guys permission to run naked through the campground. You two behave.

I look forward to day I can make those types of decions. Rain? Why drive in it. We'll just wait it out. Great seeing you guys again. Safe travels whenever you decide to head out.

It was a great time.  I'm just now at a point where I'm winding down.  It has been raining all day here, and thankfully that held off until today.

Want the thank everyone that made the trip.  Some from pretty far away.  It was a pleasure meeting everyone and hopefully will plan to come back next year.

Some pictures from the day.  I didn't take many.  Thankfully my niece took my camera and took some for me.  If you want the photo taken, please download it if you want.  There's a download button to click.  Don't right click.  You can also order at cost (I get nothing in other words if you want to print it).

If by chance you want to upload to the gallery ( I would not use your picture for anything), you can upload your pictures here.  Would be neat to see everyone's picture under on gallery, instead of mingled in a thread/post.

    A few of my favorites:

1 - Thank you @stlcharcoal for your generosity.  Many thanks.  We were rolling Rockwood from Friday at 5pm till Saturday at 10pm.  No joke.

2 - Shelter number 2!  For Butt Blast of course :)

3 - Doing what he does best, standing there like a lump on a log.  Brother Double Egger prepping his awesome stuffed mushrooms.

    4 - @Sea2Ski  frying some scrapple!

5 - Stuffed Fritos with pulled pork, chipoltle bbq sauce, red onion, monterrey jack cheese, and avocado crema.

6 - Brother DoubleEgger and  JIC doing their thang.

    7 -

    8 -

9 - @Jupiter Jim and Kay with a breakfast casserole.  These guys can flat out put some food out.  They roll around a 20 dishes it seems.

    10 - @Jupiter Jim and @Sea2Ski

    11 - The man.  The Legend.  @piney

12 - Swag giveouts! Jim holding up a Bunch-O-Butcher paper from @tjv (Tom at Ceramic Grill Store).  Thanks Tom!  Thank you Jim for running a great raffle.  Thanks to Smokeware, Thermoworks, @U

13 - Everyone is wanting some swag!

I could go on and on, but will not put you to sleep.

    Thanks for coming and looking!

@Jupiter Jim can you publish Kaye's egg casserole recipe?  I'll make that for a weeks worth of breakfast for the boys.  They loved that stuff!

    Here ya go,

    KayNOcook's Easy Breakfast Casserole

2 Cups dry stove top stuffing mix

2 Cups milk, we used half /half

1 lb sausage cooked and crumbled, calls for draining but we didn't drain.

We like Neese's Sausage the best, www.neesesausage.com

    6 eggs beaten

2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

    1/2 tsp salt

    1/2 small diced onion

1 tsp Cayenne pepper more if ya it hot

    1-2 tsp Cumin

    Preheat oven to 350

    Lightly grease 9x12 baking dish

Mix all ingredients together pour into baking dish

Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until set

We added some of the shredded cheddar on top after 30 minutes.
