Swamp Venom Turkey

Half a turkey dusted with Swamp Venom jar went on the Egg . I wanted it spicey because it will eventually become Turkey Chile Verde.

My local grocery, Rouse's, has their own butcher. When they make ground turkey they frequently sell excess or hard to grind parts. Legs, wings, thighs, and necks are more common. I cook it a lot to pacify my cholesterol/diabetes Doctor. It is also often a daily special.

Okay this one got away from me. The temperature got up to 425 rather than the 350 or so. Going to be a bit tough.

It's pretty hard to get a bird tough or dry on an egg. @mickey got er done, but he worked hard at it.
