I am cooking this because has been in my freezer for almost 6 mths., and need to know if I am doing it right! I am going to cook it at 325-350ish??? indirect. going with a v rack, with a drip pan. going to slather it up with butter.
Have been searching the archives for a while, and cant find any thing.
any other help would be much appreciated!

smokn gramma g,
I just cooked one of these last Monday at the temps you're considering. EVOO, S & P, platesetter legs up, drip pan. Pulled at 160 deg. It was fantastic. I'm still working on the leftovers for sandwiches, and it was still very moist last night. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

smokn gramma g,
Remember that you can always use your Egg like your oven and roast turkey just like you would in your kitchen oven. Sounds like you have a plan![p]TNW
