Howdy,[p]Got a recipe from KennyG. this week for bone in prime rib. The question is time. It's a 4 bone and I don't know the weight. I'm guessing 8 or so. We would like to eat @ 5:30 and it is now 1:00 Chicago time. About 3 hours maybe??????????[p]Thanks,
