Frozen pizza on the EGG

If I want to cook a frozen pizza on the egg should I thaw it first?

I wouldnt. Consider the egg your oven and follow the pizza box directions

I never have. I've just used a pizza stone after getting the dome temperature to whatever the directions on the pizza say.

My kids only eat frozen pizza from the egg now. Huge difference between egg and oven.
Though I go hotter than the instructions on the pizza box (which are usually 400-450), I do about 550-600.

So I fired up the Egg, went to Kroger, bought a Tony's pizza (the frozen-pizza choice of my youth) for $2.99 and put it on the heated pizza stone. 20 minutes later at 400-425, this cheap thrill was the result.
Love the crust of a frozen pizza off the Egg.
