Peanut butter and jealous of my bro's winter putz, the new Chicken Prison...

He's getting 6 hens off CL, and my 3 Lock And Lock egg cartons just came in from amazon.   =)
He gave me the plans to this "Coup De Ville", so it may be a future winter project.

Love Marmot. Which backpacking tent did you get? I bought the Limelight 3p. Best backpacking tent I have ever owned.

Throwback - beer can chicken, a bit of a rif on the Zach Brown Band version (only because I didn't have all the ingredients:  cut out the sausage, out compound butter under the skin instead, bud light instead of landshark)

@tarheelmatt @Jeremiah @Sea2Ski - Thanks! I'll feel better about saying more in 2 weeks, but I'm going from a company with 129,000 employees to one with 125 globally. Will be a culture change, but I'm looking forward to it.

@DoubleEgger - They don't have a formal PTO policy, you just need to make sure you are on top of your business and have someone to back you up when you're gone.

As far as "taste", no. With that said, I prefer the texture of ones cooked at lower temps over the high heat ones. I could mitigate this some by wrapping. However the above was ran at 395 and naked for the entirety.

Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.

    Status- Standing by.

Realized tonight that I must have left my MM woo and stone at a campground a couple weeks ago. I've been figuring it was in the garage this whole time. Damnit. Guess I'll be calling CGS soon.  :s
