We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. We especially love these Beer Pork Tenderloin and Ground Beef Acorn Squash recipes! It's time to think about getting out to one of the many #EGGfests around the country - see a list here

<p />West Coast BBQ, Our all EGG team from the Seattle area did OK for ourselves at the Cascade Country Cookoff a couple of weeks ago...We got 9th in brisket, 9th in pork, 9th in ribs and 3rd in chicken for an eighth place finish overall. We also placed second in sauce... It was not our best outing by far, but we learned a few things and are ready for the Evergreen stete championship on Sept 16-17 in Seattle (Alki Beach). We talked up the Eggs so much that several people asked us if we sell them for a living...lol! (not yet!) Here are a couple pics from Cascade...WestCoastBarbeque.jpg
