.........Dizzy Pig is amazing~~~!!! No pics, dang it, but I thought I'd give it a whirl tonight........very simple, I made fish tacos with some Snapper I got in Florida and, for the side dish I did black beans........easy peasy, one can of black beans, chopped green onions with green, and about one tablespoon of the Mole rub. Cooked it slow at about 225 degrees, covered for about 2 hours and, after putting it on the table it was devoured........my Joan had three helpings~~!! Amazing new rub with amazing flavors imparted in whatever it's used on.......next, flank steak fajitas........can't wait~~!!
