.........Dizzy Pig is amazing~~~!!! No pics, dang it, but I thought I'd give it a whirl tonight........very simple, I made fish tacos with some Snapper I got in Florida and, for the side dish I did black beans........easy peasy, one can of black beans, chopped green onions with green, and about one tablespoon of the Mole rub. Cooked it slow at about 225 degrees, covered for about 2 hours and, after putting it on the table it was devoured........my Joan had three helpings~~!! Amazing new rub with amazing flavors imparted in whatever it's used on.......next, flank steak fajitas........can't wait~~!!

Thank you! It is unreal right now. Been such a long road, but everything turned out so perfect in so many ways. We outgrew the last place 3 years ago, and have been playing a constant game of Tetris and squeezing through tight spaces LOL. So we are all pretty much in a good place, and able to stretch our wings a bit. Thanks again, and holding a cold PBR pointed down to the Southwest

@Nature Boy received my Fajitaish and mole rub today. My kids (and my wife and I) love the fajitaish on chicken. I tried the mole on grilled chicken tonight and it's great. My real reason for posting was to thank Dizzy Pig for the note that accompanied my order thanking me. Very nice touch and great customer relations.
