looks great. ..glad you enjoyed it as well ...is that a tin lined copper pan in the pic? .. .. careful if it is. . .after another egger weighed in to my original post, i checked and the tin can melt above 450 degrees, so be careful. .. .i will continue to use my tin lined copper as well, but just make sure to stay in the 425 - 450 range as well ...

mad max beyond eggdome,[p]No it's stainless steel - but not very thick so I used a couple of thin fire bricks to prevent the juice/butter from burning.
