<p />We are about to get out of the deep freeze (for me anyway) next week. 50-60 degrees. Have beef jerky planned 1 day, babybacks another, and beer butt chicken another. I can almost smell spring. Anybody ever try a teriaki (sp) jerky?[p]CWM

I've got 10 to 12 pounds sliced and soaking in the marinade as we speak! Half of it may get cooked tomorrow, then again it may wait til Friday! The longer it soaks, the better the flavor!

Well, I tell ya, if I get interrupted by the good Lord on me way to get me car washed, just follow the rib bone trail when you get there!! There has to be BGE's in heaven.

i could not agree with you more he has done the same for me for years. He has even taken the trouble to send me glue for the egg and a gasket as well all free of charge. He is much appreciated. I too would like to meet him one day.
