Reverse seared filets..

Options
finally tried the Hardcore Carnivore Black!  Tonight i reverse seared a couple of prime filets.  My wife wasn't feeling adventurous and didn't want the Black. So i made her fav:  Lane's brisket & ancho espresso rubs.  Served with some asparagus which i cooked on the Large BGE while waiting to rise to sear temp.

The plated pic is the lane's rub and the money shot is the hardcore carnivore.
