Pork Steak

My dad got a new medium egg, so I helped him break it in. Being from Iowa and hog farmers, we decided to do BBQ Pork Steak. 

We were going to do indirect at 300 for a couple hours but they ended up being done a little after the hour. So for the second hour we shut it down and just basted with bbq sauce. I think the thermometer is not calibrated correctly. We smoked these with cherry wood. 

Anyways, they turned out amazing! Everyone said its the best they have ever tasted.
