Cooked pizza for a party at our house. Cooked 10 total pizzas, 5 different types. Here was the menu:
The Classic
Olive oil, garlic, pecorino
New Yorker
Pizza sauce, mozzarella, Parmigiano-Reggiano, oregano, basil, pepperoni
Rocket
Olive oil, garlic, Parmigiano-Reggiano, arrugula, prosciutto, cherry tomatoes, lemon sprit

Postaccio
Olive oil, crushed postaccio, mortatella, mozzarella
Vodka
Vodka red sauce, sausage, mozzarella, basil
