CI+BGE+Bacon+Eggs+Gouda+Jalapeno Kettle Chips=GREATEST OMELETTE EVER

Options

Made a bacon/gouda/kettle jalapeno potato chip omelette today for my 7 year olds birthday breakfast party on the egg in my 9in Wagner.  This was really good!

12 eggs
1 cup sour cream
3/4 tsp of white pepper
Almost a bag of Jay's Jalapeño Kettle Chips
12 oz Bacon(cooked ahead of time, crispy)
Chives(2 stalks, saved the green for garnish)
2 TBSP Butter
2 Cups Gouda(shredded ahead of time from a block)

Mixed the 12 eggs, sour cream, chives, gouda(1 1/2 cup), bacon and pepper.  Folded in the Kettle Chips.  Got the egg to 375 indirect.  Got the CI hot and butter melted(make sure to grease the side of the pan).  Added the mixture to the hot pan and then let it ride in the egg for 15-18 minutes.  Let it sit for around 5 minute and then we devoured it.  The bacon and gouda were really good and the jalapeño chips added just the right amount of kick.  Definitely making this one again.
