Sliced some ribeye for cheesesteaks this mornin'.
Aldi has these awesome Big Dipper chips that hold much more than the scoops. Will stuff and egg with chorizo, bison, onion, garlic, cheddar cheese, jalapeno, maybe some refried beans. Top with guac and sour cream.BrandonQuad Cities

Go for it! Here are some venison and hatch chile ones I egged from a couple years back. Put some sun dried tomaters in the guac. They were awesome. Lots of variations, like a mini taco with the corn/meat.

I just now decided what I'm cooking TONIGHT! At 5:30, I threw a tri-tip into a marinade where it needs to sit for up to 8 hours (obviously it won't). And you expect me to know what I'm cooking on Sunday?
It's a day like all days. I'll probably watch some of the game. Maybe even most of it. Though I have a tendency to get sidetracked during football games. By pretty much anything. I doubt I've watched more than one quarter of any game this season. Hope the Pats win, cuz I live up here and well, cuz it's Atlanta!I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

I'm brining Mac n Cheese to a party. I've made it before on the Egg but kicked it up this year:
I cold smoked fontina, mozza, and a 10-year old cheddar cheese 2 weeks ago. It was my first cold smoke. Apparently the smoke flavor gets better after 2-3 weeks in the fridge, so we'll see how it turns out.
Also did maple bacon smoked with applewood last week... gonna throw a pound of that in the M&C too. Gonna be awesome!-lee.
