Pizza with two Dizzy Pig rubs and a happy SWMBO (with pics ... of pizza, not her)

A steak and mushroom pizza tonight. The base was made with a smokey baked bean sauce that included Red Eye Express rub to give heat and some coffee notes. Then the fillet tail steak was coated with Cosmic Cow rub before being seared. Great combo.

I thought it was really good. However SWMBO finished and said "some pizza's deserve a round of applause" ... which apparently this did, so she gave it one. :)
