Cap of ribeye

Just wanted to share this video for folks who have trouble finding cap of ribeye (or maybe want a cheaper option).  This video does a great job explaining how to break down a whole ribeye (which I got at Costco) to get the cap of ribeye and the rest for cutting into steaks.  Check out https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eJH3qwIHeDc and believe me...it is easy.  My first time and first real butchery and it took me less than ten minutes.

It was fun, easy, and saved a bunch of cash.  About fifteen nice thick ribeyes and the cap (having 8 of the ribeyes tomorrow night). Here is the end product with the cap on top:

    Definitely agree with the above.  Even I can follow the video and get eggcellent results.
