We're on vacation in Florida (Naples) and decided to treat ourselves to some gulf shrimp, lobster tails and nice thick lamb chops. These will be going on the grill shortly! Stand by for some plated pics! Gotta love the South!

Tuned in for finished pics! Looks great“There are three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who has the same first name as a city; and never get involved with a woman with a tattoo of a dagger on her body.”

Very nice! On what are you cooking those? If I may, I recommend taking a look at Jimmy P's Butcher Shop. 1833 Tamiami Tr N. If nothing else just to take a look. You can buy some Kangaroo meat there. Spoiler alert - it tastes like chicken!=======================================

Looks great. If I may make one suggestion, I like to trim the cap/silver skin off the " New York" side of the loin chop. It makes it so much easier for you and your guests to eat. A little more work up front but worth it. Just my humble opinion.XLBGE, LBGE, MBGE, SMALL, MINI, 2 Kubs, Fire Magic Gasser

Food looks good, but sitting outside makes me really jealous! 35 F outside this morning here, but at least the fog has lifted.
