Another Sous Vide Question...Filet

Have 3 decently thick 8 oz Filet Cuts...how long has everyone been doing them in the sous vide. Anova app for beef tenderloin medium rare is 45 minutes but then they have a med rare steak recipe that is 130 deg for 2 hours.
Any tips on which to go with?

Med Rare I did 130 for 1 hour and they turned out perfect!
