Hi folks,[p]I've sure learned a great deal from this site, and I'd like to share an interesting sauce with you all. This is not my original sauce, however, I did make a couple of changes. If you try it, I hope you like it... I love it with ribs. (pretty good with chicken too)[p]Black Pork Rib Sauce[p]1tsp - Ginger
1tsp - Dried Onion
1tsp - dried mustard
3 cloves minced garlic
3/4 cup soya sauce
1.5cups Turbinado Sugar
1 cup Ketchup[p]Mix together and bring to a boil for 10-15 minutes
cool and use to baste ribs.[p]I hope you like it... And thanks for the help!!![p]Cheers,
