AR/Temp gauge question

Options
For those of you that have an AR and adjusted your temp gauge. Could one of you post a picture of it please? I'm not confident I've adjusted mine correctly. It's been a little bothersome when I'm using the top tier.

I'm also unsure of the question. Do you mean it's sticking in too far and hitting the food?

The DudeThis is a very complicated case, Maude. You know, a lotta ins, lotta outs, lotta what-have-you's. And, uh, lotta strands to keep in my head, man. Lotta strands in old Duder's head. Luckily I'm adhering to a pretty strict, uh, drug regimen to keep my mind, you know, limber.

Sorry guys. The temp gauge was in its factory position. I just got an AR and noticed when I setup for indirect and need the top shelf the gauge gets in the way. I'm trying to do what danv23 has pictured. Wasnt sure I had it correct. Now I do. Thank you by the way.

@Arkysmokin. You can also drill a small hole in a wine cork and then put your probe through the cork.
