Best Low and Slow Cooks

It appears from reading the posts, that the Pulled Pork is by far the most popular low and slow item to cook. But I'm itching to try another long duration cook. What else are your favorite things that you like to cook the low and slow method?

    Brisket, ribs, Lechon Asado, turkey breast or whole turkey.

    Eggin-smurff,[p]I think pulled pork is popular because it's relatively easy. For me, though, nothing beats a brisket for great flavor.
