NY Strips for Christmas Dinner

i am brand new to the forum and have only had my egg for a couple months. I can't believe I waited this long to get one. Since I started cooking on this thing my level of meals has shot thru the roof. 
Here is what I was able to do for my family for our Christmas dinner. I reverse seared them. I have a lot to learn but am enjoying ever cook I do.
