If I want to impress someone with my cooking prowess on the egg I am ordering another SRF Ham!!  Did the 8 lber for Xmas dinner and all anyone could say was wow!!  Made the peach, pomegranate glaze but totally changed it to pineapple preserves instead of peach (none at the grocery store last minute), no pomegranate balsamic so I used really good balsamic and pomegranate juice and regular honey not powder....  You can't screw up the ham!!!  I am a raving fan!
