Purchased a 21 lb. prime rib for $4.99/pound at Albertson's in the Fort Worth area.

    Wow.  That's a great deal.  Some even prefer choice over prime where ribeye roasts are concerned.  When are you going to cook it?

    Personally, I prefer choice, I find prime too fatty.  Great deal.

    Found this beauty last Wednesday. Not a big fan of roast , so this became Beef Ribs , Cap Steak , and Eye of Rib Steaks. :-)
    More meat please !! :-)
