Beef short ribs.

Tried some beef short ribs on the egg on our snow day. Turned out great and would like to do them again, maybe even a slower cook next time to compare. Followed the same recipe for the turbo ribs as normal, but let them cook a bit longer due to size.  Was a nice meal! Thanks for looking.
