Name that roast - with pics this time

Anyone want to take a guess as to what type of roast this is?  I'll include pics this time.

    My guess is pork as well.  Maybe a fresh a boneless ham?

    I have no idea.  It must be a non-traditional cut like a deboned lower front leg above the shank or a traditional one like a small rolled brisket.  How big is that? 14-16" by 8" on the wide end? Something like that?
