BGE Meatballs

Options
Does anyone have any experience with making meatballs on BGE? If so, how have you done it, what was your set up?

    Options
    Multiple options.  Option one, brown said meatballs stove top or grill top and finish by roasting in the egg. (Indirect) Option 2' roast them on the egg indirect (read oven with smoke).  Option three, braise them in sauce on egg after browning and option four, grill them on the egg.  And there are more options.  Adapt what you are familiar with to the egg be it grilling, pan searing, braising roasting...etc.  it will turn out well

    I go indirect around 350 then sauce when they get around 135 IT and add some wood for smoke.
