Hello, all. I recently inherited a medium egg, and have been going crazy cooking up all kind of goodies! I'll share a few here, over a few posts. My first cook was stuffed Cornish game hens. Smoked at about 300 indirect using pecan chunks. 
I'm in Fredericksburg, VA, and I have an XL and a medium.

The fact that you used "stuffing" for the hens goes along way with me. Kind of fond of stuffing myself as my waist line clearly shows. Thus the SOP my friend.Skrullb said:Haha, thanks. I hear ya! Sorry I left that detail out. They were stuffed with chicken and garlic rice, bacon and onion. Eat your heart out.

I hope the previous owner just moved up to a large rather than is egging in heaven. Another medium egger here, the medium will cook a 12 pound spatchcocked turkey.
