Bison Ribeye on the mini (pics)

This was my first attempt at cooking bison anything. Also my first time using @MeatChurch Holy Cow rub. WOW! This is up there with one of the best steaks I've ever had. The bison ribeye just melted.
Let this sit for about 40 minutes:
Seared on the mini at about 500 degrees. Took a total of about 7 minutes:
Plated shot...you gotta try this some time if you haven't!

Only bison I've ever had was a burger. Looks like something I'd like to try.
